Red Team Investments was formed around a core philosophy to evaluate, identify and capitalize on opportunities by maintaining an objective perspective—and ignoring bias and hype.
A key component of building an effective Red Team is the cross-functional expertise of team members. A Red Team requires diverse perspectives and asymmetrical thinking to identify and exploit the gaps in the conventional wisdom.

Red Team Investments (RTI) challenges the conventional perspective to optimize performance and achieve greater success. I was tasked with redesigning the RTI logo and branding to convey the strategic, asymmetrical thinking RTI uses to ensure victory for investors. The new logo has a clean, modern look and incorporates a simplified version of the chess pieces used in the original RTI logo to better communicate the concepts of strategy, precision, and leadership.
